Far to many in this cast from Blanchett to Streep, Di Caprio to Lawerence. Its a messy film filled with way to many storylines. Im glad they stuck to the ending and i actually found it funny in parts and worth a watch. Long though. 2 astronomers see a comet hurtling to earth and have 6 months left of civilisation. When they bring this up to the relevant authorities no one cares. Streep is a Trump like preseident Jonah Hill is her hideous son. 3.55/ |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
