This was a bloody long slog. Adam Driver was good. Penelope Cruz suitably manic and when the racing was on it was great. Otherwise it was bogged down with romance and love. Im not sure it was a great film. I know very little about him 3.5/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
