A delicious tale of suburban housewife’s with Hathaway providing us with another knockout performance as does Chastain. They are neighbours with perfect lives and a son each and then cracks appear after one of their sons dies. Its melodramatic and OTT and gets sillier but its worth a watch and those costumes are to die for 4/5

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
