A very very slow burner and not a great deal happened. It felt more like a tv movie story. Brie Larson is cold and Woody Harreleson was good I am not sure this tale of a girl escaping to the bright lights and big city to escape her family was that good 3/5

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
