A true life story directed by Eastwood. Its welll filmed and gripping in parts but also uncomfortable to watch. Cooper and Miller are both very good but its ALL AMERICAN feeling makes this unpleasant. America saves the world. American Hero etc and some very bad taste sections where people see Kyle and congratulate him on his hero status. Saying that its well filmed and worth a watch. 4/5

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
