This started off really well with Leslie and Treadway very convincing as newlyweds. As they arrive in a backwater area and we meet the local resteraunt owner the sense of menace starts. Then it does start to go a little all over the shop and the end is not a patch on what began. 3.5/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
