This is odd really odd and not so good. Depp overacts in every scene which i guess he is meant to in a Terry Thomas, carry on film style. Paltrow is great but zero chemistry. McGregor just odd as is Bettany. There isnt a story really. Its slap stick silly and best avoided. 2/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
