Not an absolute disaster as stated in the USA but those coming looking for anything that resembles the original source material will be disappointed. If like me you were not a massive fan this is utterly enjoyable as Jerrica/Jem becomes a singing sensation and Juliette Lewis is her bitchy manager 4/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
