The critics mauled this but due to McCarthy being hilarious and in some parts touching i actaully liked it. Bateman plays his usual chaacter and Peet is wasted. Ok McCarthy also plays the same role but im not as bored as yet yet. The last 15 mins of this is really rather nice.

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
