I loved Great Beauty so was so excited to see this. And this was stunning, beyond stunning. Caines best performance bar none. He is tender soft sublime poignant and understated. The entire movie is awash with superb actin and stars such as Keital, Weiz, Dano and Fonda. Set in a luxury hotel in Switzerland this centres on the 60year old friendship of a composer and director. I LOVED THIS 5/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
