Showing at the BFI Flare season and originally a play I saw at the Royal Court. Its an interesting subject, a footballer being gay. But the film is really stuck in its theatrical roots but that said its so well acted and utterly tense and enthralling. Tovey is excellent as arethe rest of the cast. Superb start to the festival 4.5/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5

Wow Chalamet is good in this biopic of Bob Dylan. The film is very episodic and nothing amazing but see it for the music and Tim. Its a by the numbers biopic but well worth a watch 3.5/5
