Mauled by critics but to be fair it wasn’t bad. It was a little why, what’s the point etc as 4 grown up people get together as they all reach pivotal points in their life. Perry the alcoholic, A prostitute, a neurotic woman who wants a baby and a self confessed thicko. They don’t really work together but Lloyd owens character Joseph is the best. Perry just shouts. Its ok its passes the time 3/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
