A solid cast and a great director make Maggies plan a good all round film. The story is slightly odd as a woman want to get pregnant by the sperm of a gherkin seller. Then she meets an author who leaves his wife for her then he aims to get them back together, keeping up???? Gerwig is sensational. Hawke a wet weekend and Moore down right odd but it all works well and Rudolph and Hader are superb as the friends of Gerwig 4.5/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
