An astonishing performance from Stewart in this oddity of a ghost story. Maureen is a personal shopper whose twin brother just died from a defect they both have. She wants to get in touch with his spirit before she can move on from Paris. Maureen is also a medium and goes to the hosue her brother lived in where she senses a vomiting ghost. The actress she cares for is awful and then we have a weird stalker subplot, not all of it works but see this for the astounding Stewart 4.5/5 |

A well made creepy tale with some stunning scenes and acting. This a classic story remade and it was well worth doing. Some scenes are just breathtaking and Lily Rose Depp was amazing. Eggers is brilliant 4/5
